Owner and CEO of Eagle Group International LLC.

Managed business growth from four personnel to 1,700+ employees operating in 35 states and 7 foreign countries. Recruited top talent in the area of finance, contracting, and business development. As CEO, I traveled extensively to all satellite offices ensuring the health and welfare of all Eagle Group employees.  Responsible for identifying new areas of expertise that correlated with company’s core competencies and successfully pursuing new contracts in those newly identified competencies.

•  Responsible for and directed the development and implementation of Eagle Group's mid and long-range strategic plan. 

• Grew revenues from zero to $175 million+

• Worked closely with senior military officers, senior government personnel, and business organizations to acquire and manage government contracts.

                      o   Department of Defense -Tracking and IT management of Anthrax Program.

                      o   Ft. Benning GA.

                      o   Ft. Polk, LA

                      o   Joint Base San Antonio

• Orchestrated sale of organization to large Government Contractor.
